  • Our return and exchange policy is valid within 24 hours of receiving the product, but only in cases of manufacturing defects or technical faults. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and labeling as received. After verification of the defect, the product will be replaced or refunded, depending on the situation.
  • Products purchased through the website can be returned and/or exchanged by hand pick-up or direct delivery.
  • Please ensure that the returned product(s) are accompanied by the order confirmation and a copy of the delivery note, along with all accessories and free gifts.
  • If you have received a defective product (i.e. it was delivered to you with damaged or missing parts, or any other visible damage), it can be returned and replaced, or you can receive a full refund upon approval.

Please remember:

  • The product(s) must be in its original packaging and unopened, with the original order confirmation for the product, delivery note, accessories, and free gifts.
  • If the customer has paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to his account and a confirmation message will be sent to him via email.
  • If the customer has paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash.
  • If the customer loses his invoice within the fourteen days, he can request a copy from our after-sales service team or contact us at , and a copy of the invoice will be sent to him via email.
  • Returns or exchanges do not cover cases where the product is unsuitable for the customer’s needs after use or opening.
