The ProForm Hybrid Trainer Pro supports low-intensity total body training. As both a recumbent bike and an elliptical trainer, it supports workouts for the arms, legs and core body. These workouts aren’t simultaneous; you sit down for the bicycling action and stand for the elliptical with moving arm bars.
