Magnetic cross

The machine includes two platforms and two types of arms, fixed and moving, allowing you to choose between leg exercises (using the fixed arms) or full-body workouts (using the moving arms). Since the arms and platforms move simultaneously, the second movement helps improve coordination between the upper and lower body. It has minimal impact on the knees and ankles. Its elliptical motion eliminates the impact associated with running, making the exercise smooth and comfortable even for overweight individuals. The movement is linear, with both legs propelling the movement forward, alternating between the right and left legs.
